Our Ring Bologna are gently smoked to create a rich and smoky flavor. This is something new if you are used to bland, packaged bologna.
Ring Bologna is great in sandwiches. It also makes an excellent serve-yourself appetizer. Leave it for your guests to slice as they see fit, with pickles and other garnish. And to call it a great family snack would be an understatement. This bologna won’t make it to the end of the week. One or two links per order provide about two pounds of sausage.

I'm old enough to know what butcher shop bologna should taste like and the texture ought to be.
This order just received has the bases covered. The flavor isn't too smoky and the texture is just right, not rubbery.
My preference would be for a fatter diameter for sandwiches but that would mean changing up the production a lot.
If Smoked Meats keeps making it this way I'll keep buying it. Some times I just wack off a chunk and have it with a sour pickle.
