Our Ring Bologna are gently smoked to create a rich and smoky flavor. This is something new if you are used to bland, packaged bologna.

Ring Bologna is great in sandwiches. It also makes an excellent serve-yourself appetizer. Leave it for your guests to slice as they see fit, with pickles and other garnish. And to call it a great family snack would be an understatement. This bologna won’t make it to the end of the week. One link per order provides a little over one pound of sausage.

    Finally Ring Bologna from California!

    I grew up in Iowa and one of my favorite meals was boiled ring bologna and creamed potatoes. Since living in California for 15 years we couldn't find this item anywhere. But now I can order superb ring from Mahogany Smoked Meats. The flavor and quality are top-notch!

    Outstanding product

    Just another phenomenal product they put out. I like to cut thick pieces and put it on top rack of my BBQ until crisp and brown on edges. Served hot and delicious. Can't wait for it to be back in stock.
