RING BOLOGNA

Our Ring Bologna is gently smoked to create a rich, smoky flavor. This is something new if you are used to bland, packaged bologna.

Ring Bologna is great in sandwiches. It also makes an excellent serve-yourself appetizer. Leave it for your guests to slice as they see fit, with pickles and other garnish. And to call it a great family snack would be an understatement. This bologna won’t make it to the end of the week. One link per order provides a little over one pound of sausage.

For best results, bring to room temp, then pan-sear and finish gently (or grill, roast, or simmer) until the internal temp reaches 160°F.
