    Great Main Course

    Nothing better on a cold day to come in and have your Kielbasa as the main course in our dinner. Goes great with mac and cheese and beans.

    The Casing

    I read some reviews about the casing. I know it can sometimes be difficult to chew/swallow. You can always remove the casing. I cooked and ate it both ways and it didn’t take away from the flavor … still delicious.

    Great Flavor!

    The flavor and texture of this sausage is perfect. It’s well seasoned but not too salty and is very lean meat. We will definitely buy more.
