Your jerky ships in vacuum-sealed packs to lock in freshness. As long as the seal’s intact, you can store it at room temp—no problem. Once opened (or if the seal’s broken), just pop it in the fridge to keep it fresh. Pro tip: it’s best enjoyed within two weeks… if it even lasts that long.
