Honestly, I can’t remember having beef jerky this good. The flavor is superb, the only beef jerky I will buy from now on! Back in the day I ordered beef pepper jerky and I was sent turkey pepper jerky. I'm the kind of guy that is getting jerky from smoked mahogany meats . I will never send back. So that Turkey peppered jerky was amazing. I haven't had any other jerky that can come close to what you make.
