Your jerky ships in vacuum-sealed packs to lock in freshness. As long as the seal’s intact, you can store it at room temp—no problem. Once opened (or if the seal’s broken), just pop it in the fridge to keep it fresh. Pro tip: it’s best enjoyed within two weeks… if it even lasts that long.

Being a first-time customer and not being familiar with your product line I apparently selected the wrong variety. I am a Texan and I am accustomed to a very dry and crisp jerky not very moist and too wet. So I was a little disappointed initially. I cut up my jerky and set it out on some plate in a spare room and let it air dry for roughly 5 and 1/2 - 6 weeks and it dried out enough to work it was close to my style. The flavor was great the texture was great and I was impressed with it once I got it to where I preferred. Considering I prefer a dryer jerky they actually referred me to what they considered the Indian jerky which is more that style. So if you have questions about the product line reach out to their customer service they are very informative and very helpful to walk you through what might be the best selection for you.

Yes! the Peppered Beef Jerky is by far the best jerky i've ever had. It was dryed perfectly, seasoned perfectly and was full of flavor. I ordered other flavors, but this one is by far my favorite. Honestly, I can’t remember having beef jerky this good. The flavor is superb, the only beef jerky I will buy from now on! The sad thing is I lived about 2 miles away from your store and I never visited. What a shame even when I was told how good you were by a friend. Anyway I will probably buy some more for my trip back from North Pole Alaska to Carson City Nevada. The best snack to have that’s what the Cowboys ate. Thank you, Jeff
