To make our Indian Style Jerky, we cut a piece of top round into long strips along the grain and skip the heavy spices so the beef flavor shines. If you’re a fan of the classics, this one has your name on it.

    Incredibly delicious!

    I love the texture. I love the taste so well that I even told my fraternity Brothers about it and Joseph paige ordered some for himself and sons. I would like more of the brisket teriyaki, it's excellent!

    Back in the day I ordered beef pepper jerky and I was sent turkey pepper jerky. I'm the kind of guy that is getting jerky from smoked mahogany meats . I will never send back. So that Turkey peppered jerky was amazing. I haven't had any other jerky that can come close to what you make.

    Absolutely Incredible

    Have some strong teeth 🦷 or a very sharp knife, folks. This is not pressed & formed. It’s an incredibly lean steak slow-dried into a slab of awesome tasting jerky!

    Best batch of Western ever!

    I’ve been a big fan of the Western style beef jerky for about two years now. But this latest batch(with the exp date of Jan 2 2026) is the best I’ve ever tasted. Smaller thin pieces with big flavor. Please keep making them this way. The addiction grows…🤣
