If you’ve never heard of landjäeger sausages, you’re in for a treat. The German landjäeger sausage is a semi-dried sausage traditionally made in Southern Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Throughout history, soldiers enjoyed them on the go because, unlike most links, they did not require refrigeration. Our Landjäeger Sausages are delightfully smoky with a hint of caraway seed, making for a mouthwatering snack. Sold in a 16-ounce package, our Landjäeger Sausage packs contain approximately three or four sticks per pound.

Landjager does contain sodium nitrite. However, it is crafted to USDA standards, so the curing process stays within safe nitrite limits.

Honestly, I can’t remember having beef jerky this good. The flavor is superb, the only beef jerky I will buy from now on! The sad thing is I lived about 2 miles away from your store and I never visited. What a shame even when I was told how good you were by a friend. Anyway I will probably buy some more for my trip back from North Pole Alaska to Carson City Nevada. The best snack to have that’s what the Cowboys ate. Thank you, Jeff

Back in the day I ordered beef pepper jerky and I was sent turkey pepper jerky. I'm the kind of guy that is getting jerky from smoked mahogany meats . I will never send back. So that Turkey peppered jerky was amazing. I haven't had any other jerky that can come close to what you make.
