Our mahogany smoked Bone-In Shank Half Ham has slightly less meat than our Butt Half Ham cut but includes the hock, which we highly recommend saving to add flavor to your favorite soup or bean recipe later. This shank half ham weighs between 9 and 10 pounds with the bone in, so you’ll be able to serve approximately 10 with plenty of leftovers.
