    CHRISTMAS HAM

    absolutely, positively, the BEST ham I have ever eaten. huge hit at Christmas dinner. warmed it low-and-slow in the smoker. moist and tender, the flavor was incredible.

    Forever Favorite Ham

    This ham is dependably delicious year after year! It has just the right amount of smoky taste, is not too salty and the meat itself has great texture and flavor. Our family looks forward to it every year for Christmas dinner. We make sandwiches and scrambled eggs with the leftovers - finally black bean soup with the bone. We never waste even a little bit it's so good.
