The reviews on this turkey did not disappoint. This was probably the best turkey I've had for Thanksgiving in many years. It was moist and delectable, easy to carve, and a perfect amount of smoke. I cooked it at 325 degrees in a roasting pan tightly covered with foil for 2 hours for my 12 pound bird. My only complaint is it's very hard to make turkey gravy with it, so we had to improvise. I think this may be a new Thanksgiving tradition! The photo I attached is before cooking.
