    Great flavor but......

    Just too hot for me. Should not be a deterrent for you trying it. My spice tolerance just wasn't what it was 20 years ago.

    Spicy

    I enjoyed the spicy sausage either beer steamed or grilled. Unfortunately, I'm the spicy fan in the house, so next time I'll choose the milder one so my wife can have some too.
