    ESCELLENT PORK CHOPS

    Have been ordering the Pork Chops for several years. They are very savory in a well-seasoned way. The Smoking process complements them well. The meat is somehow very Tender as long as you carefully do not overheat and dry them out. I just heat 2 minutes a side on a medium-low heated pan to lightly sear each side and warm up for serving. Excellent Chops.
