This whole bone-in ham is smoked slowly for 24 hours over mahogany embers, to ensure a smoky flavor. Weighing 20 to 22 pounds, this ham includes an abundance of smoked ham meat, plus the hock, which can be used to flavor a favorite soup or bean recipe.

Special Instructions

Your ham will arrive fully cooked. To serve warm, simply wrap in foil, and heat in a 325' oven for 10 min. per pound. Serves approximately 40 for dinner or 50 for a buffet.
