All orders received after Noon PST will process the following business day. Perishable items only ship Monday and Tuesday (unless an express shipping method is chosen). All orders placed after 8:00 AM PST on Tuesday with these types of items will ship the following Monday morning.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Orders with out of stock items will be held and shipped altogether when all items become available. We will do our best to promptly contact you by email or phone if your order has out of stock items.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Re-routing a package after shipment due to an incorrect shipping address is subject to a $15 charge to cover UPS imposed fees.
MILITARY & PO BOX ADDRESSES
Due to delivery times and a lack of tracking we cannot ship smoked or fresh meat items to these addresses. Jerky and Grocery items are okay for shipment to these addresses.
UPS is our primary courier; however, we will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your shipping address and products ordered. Deliveries to Military and APO addresses will ship USPS.
Standard Ground shipping for the contiguous U.S. is complimentary. In stock merchandise will normally arrive 3-6 business days after the order is processed.

In stock merchandise will arrive within 2 business days following the receipt of your order. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship the following business day.
NEXT DAY AIR
In stock merchandise will arrive within 1 business day following the receipt of your order. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship the following business day
