The bone-in butt half ham is the leanest portion of our country smoked hams. Starting with a whole ham, our team removes the shank and hock to provide between 8 and 9 pounds flavorful smoked meat.

Special Instructions

Your ham will arrive fully cooked. To serve warm simply wrap in foil and heat in a 325' oven for 10 min. per pound. Serves approximately 16 for dinner or 20 for a buffet.
